The following vacancies are for our clients at their respective offices:
1. Human Resources Manager (Location: Damansara Heights)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of HRM as follows:
- Manage key HR management processes in recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management.
- Ensure that the human resource management systems and processes are executed efficiently and with integrity.
- Support the operating units in the planning of manpower needs to meet business objectives.
- Administer the payroll processing and to ensure its accuracy and timelineness.
- Recommend changes to salary and benefits structure and process as necessary based on internal and external equity.
- Ensure that training needs analysis is conducted regularly and efficient administration of the training courses for employees.
- Lead in the development of a Total Learning Plan for all employees.
- Assist line management in the resolution of employee issues.
- Participate in staff activities and task force work.
- Execute other job assignments given by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions.
- Age below 40
2. Learning & Development Manager (Location: Seri Kembangan)
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall training efficiency & effectiveness which include developing, executing, monitoring and aligning the training systems of the Company.
- Plan and organize talent development standards and learning activities
- Handle back-to-back training co-ordination including sourcing and selection of speakers, logistics arrangement, training communication, post training report, and training evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant.
- Minimum 8 years experience in training and development.
- Preferably with experience in large corporate environment.
- Age below 40.
3. Compensation & Benefits Manager (Location: Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation and benefit survey to stay competitive in the market.
- Compares organizational data to market data and makes recommendations for changes to the salary level and pay grade of jobs.
- Carry out salary fitments & overall salary analysis.
- Maintaining professional knowledge of current/future trends, developments and legislation in the compensation field.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements associated with all types of compensation and benefit programs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- HR experience with at least 5 years in C & B specialization in a trading company.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all level of people.
- Possess good problem solving, presentation, analytical and numerical skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated, patient and driven.
4. Accounts Executive (Location: Miri, Sarawak)
Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
* Minimum 2 years working experience and able to handle full set of accounts
* Strong knowledge on cost and general accounting procedures and controls
* Must have high degree of accuracy, strong analytical skills and able to meet deadlines
* Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting system
5. HR & Admin Executive (Location: Miri, Sarawak)
* Handle full spectrum of HR & Office administration.
* Able to multi-task and work independently.
* Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
* Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
